This is my hands-down favorite licuado in Mexico (OK, you caught me … I’m also a sucker for a black zapote). Somewhere between a milkshake and a smoothie, this banana licuado recipe makes a lovely breakfast or sweet afternoon snack.

Banana Licuado

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: Serves 4

Banana Licuado

Ingredients

  1. 4 bananas, peeled and broken in half
  2. 3 cups fat-free milk
  3. 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  4. 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
